"I'm a Product management executive with over 23 years experience working in software. I've served as the CEO of two companies and as an executive for two publicly listed ones as the chief product officer. These days when I'm not writing, I spend most of my time helping other business leaders. I specialise in leadership development and coaching, exclusively for product focused leaders and serve as the general partner for a decision intelligence program, where we teach cross functional teams to increase the quality of their day to day decisions using games, debate training, game theory and cognitive psychology practices. Other than giving talks and writing on contemporary product management practices, I also study both Physics & Psychology at the University of Swinburne in Melbourne.
