When creating your product, what helped you find quality developers?
I would love to hear from people who are coming from little to no capital. Did you pay out of pocket for devs from Upwork? Is it possible to find anyone that will do it for equity?

A product designer trying to turn product founder
Who out there has a similar origin story of being from a product design background and wanting to launch their own product?
I've gone through many ideas over the years and never really did much with them. This time, I'm throwing the spaghetti against the wall and watching it stick. At least that is my hope, without trying we will never know! ✊

My Dad used to make me go into stores, find the item he wanted at the grocery store and if it wasn't there I would have to ask for a rain check. Does anyone remember rain checks or browsing the newspaper advertisements?

Reading the Sunday paper, hunting for the best price on each grocery item. Remember how much work people put in to find the best price for their food? Stop driving multiple places just to hopefully save the most money.

I'm planning on getting excitement and feedback around my product through LinkedIn and Twitter (X) first. Right now I can afford sweat equity, this will be a good time to hear feedback and I can make adjustments until my product (B2C) is fully developed.

"Stop thinking, start doing"
Define your MVP and be happy with an acceptable place to launch. Nothing will be perfect right out of the gate and you can fix most things along your path. It's about being agile, getting feedback, and pivoting as needed.
