I started using these about 4 months ago. I first wanted to use them only to sleep in but now I use them all the time because they are SO comfortable. I haven't leaked in them yet. Longest I have worn them is probably about 10 hours. On a scale of 1-5, I am probably a 3/4 in terms of how heavy. These have literally changed my life & I really think they have somehow reduced my period...
