I'm not really interested in AI customer service. I have to admit, if I were the boss, I'd definitely have my company use it because it does cut costs and boost efficiency for human customer service. However, as a user, when I have an issue and want to reach customer service, I can't find it, which makes for a terrible experience.

Before GPT was released, I naively believed that AI would first replace manual labor jobs. However, it turns out that AI excels in creativity, such as writing songs or articles, and can easily manage these tasks. Still, I have some reservations about completely relying on AI.

Some products, like those for regular users, can be launched once the MVP is ready. But for corporate clients, I suggest waiting until the product is fully developed. Corporate clients might only try it once, and if it's not user-friendly, they could be lost.

I understand that it's enough to add user restrictions at specific nodes, without needing to limit access to Europe only, as this offers the best user experience.
Is it limitating for a launch if my app is only available in Europe ?

Initially, you can incorporate i18n and other internationalization design patterns into the product. Start promoting in regions you know well and collaborate with local partners who understand the market to develop localized business strategies.

Based on my previous work experience, technical development makes up only 40% of the entire product. The other 60% involves operations, promotion, and business support, all of which are interdependent. Without any of these elements, the product cannot succeed.

Begin with products you use in your work or daily life. If you're not satisfied with them, consider creating plugins for other users on the same platform. If the feedback is positive, you can develop it into a full-fledged product.

Using tests to offer recommendation features depends on the product. It might be suitable for information-based or large e-commerce products, but for products from small companies, it's not really necessary. Implementing recommendations in the later stages of the product is also fine.

Yes, if your product targets the same user base as the community where it's launched, you'll definitely attract many users. However, to get them to pay, you'll need to further improve the product.
