I've been using Grain for a couple of months now. We do a lot of user research and expert research for courses at Reforge. Capturing the exact words, emotions, and other nuances has been amazing. Those things tend to get watered down in summary docs or even quotes. 🙌

Brad and team at Gametime are awesome. Such a better experience than the rest of the ticket players. I've been to a few games with it.
The big thing is that I've shared it with my non techie friends in Chicago and Boston and they are in love with it. Getting it through the non-techie filter is one of the tests I uses for mass market potential.
