Pros: It has a broad range of features for freelancers and businesses alike.It is very intuitive, customisable and a joy to use. Cons: Not very mature.

This is an awesome freelancer service management tool that can be used through all the steps of a business lifecycle (proposals, contracts, project management, communication, file management, etc.). Its a all-in-one package with improvements being added every month. It is still not very mature, but it is being developed with close participation of its strong community. Highly recommended.
