Monday.com puts a smile on my face.
Pros: Friendly, modern an intuitive UI. Limitless applications. Visual, overview, fantastic support, rapid development of ever more features.
Cons: Monday doesn't yet have dependencies, which limits the applicability in some project planning situations. There are workarounds, though.
