If I may ask, how did you maintain the app without subscriptions model?

I think it's too basic at the moment. If you want people to use it, I think you need to make it easy for the employers to scan through all candidates. At the moment, there's no way for the employers to tell which one is a good lead and which isn't. They can only judge based on names and location, type of work (is this your target?). Maybe adding portfolio/sample projects links would be helpful....
