I'm Ayé. I have been using the platform for about a year or so. It has worked without issue as far as I know. I had little trouble understanding the platform and integrating the webhooks. The UI is pretty easy to navigate. Their updates are regular. They have many integrations available, although I would like more of my personal request implemented but perhaps in time with future developments....

Very simplistic and easy to use. Straight forward. Could use a UI update but still simple enough to menuvuer and get the jobs done.

I purchased a lifetime account then had that account upgraded. After several months a new project manager or something takes over and downgraded my account to a lesser plan. I specifically sent emails asking not to alter my account and it was downgraded anyway. The actual application is amazing but the newer customer service is awful. Eventually the error was corrected.
