IMO, open ended surveys are a great way to make sure you don't miss anything that your customer would like to share with you and you didn't cover with your questions.

In most cases, 2 are enough.

As for the beginning I'd not set a price lower than what I think my product's value worths.

I think that first of all a Product Manager should be an enterprenuer in his soul. That's what differentiates product management from project management.

Since often times, launching a product is usually a part of validation. IMO, it's much more important to address the most painful issues that you aim to solve during you launch/website/mvp, than having the perfect design.

Seems like you've hit a real pain point in a very innovative and relevant to now days approach.
