What kinds of products or apps do you use to increase your attention when working or studying?
Nowadays we are so easily distracted by phones or other small things when working. Sometimes we may tend to use some tools to help us focus on our tasks.

I think long-term value creation is better. Long-term strategies help to build a strong foundation and ensure the growth to be more stable, resulting in stronger market positions. But in most cases, a combination of both strategies is ideal. ：)

I prefer to team. A great team can really make the projects better and lead to better results. You can also learn different professional skills from different teammates.
