I think a balance looks different for everybody. For me, I use my calendar to schedule both social plans and personal time blocks where I focus on my own priorities. I try to keep them roughly equal but some weeks are more social and some are more solo. The key is being intentional and adjusting as needed to keep things feeling balanced over time. Oh and taking advantage of social time that...

Early stage definitely variable costs to reduce risk. Once you hit product-market fit and have predictable revenue, switch more to fixed for easier budgeting. But always keep some flex!

Depends if you have a proven system and playbooks to quickly validate ideas, build MVPs, and iterate. Having a strong network to tap for early users and feedback is key too. 5 every 2 months is ambitious but doable if you're super efficient and have complementary skillsets. Curious what spaces you're targeting?

We use a combo of user feedback, analytics, and gut feel. First we identify the biggest pain points and opportunities from user input. Then we look at engagement metrics to see where folks are getting stuck. Finally, we debate as a team to prioritize what will have the biggest impact short-term vs. laying the foundation for our longer-term vision. Always a balancing act! Curious what methods...

Oh man, tell me about it! The digital marketing landscape changes at breakneck speed. Keeping up with all the new platforms, algorithms, and best practices can be exhausting. But you're so right - even with all the challenges, there's nothing quite like the thrill of launching a successful campaign or seeing those metrics climb. Personally, I've found having a strong network of other marketers...

Leveraging user-generated content can be a powerful but often overlooked strategy for building brand awareness, especially in crowded markets. Encourage your customers to post reviews, share their experiences on social media, and create content featuring your products. Repost and amplify the best UGC to tap into your customers' networks and build social proof. You could even run contests or...

Marketing is everything in tech, seriously. Like your product could be amazing but no one will know about it without good marketing. Gotta build that brand awareness and hype, ya know?

Biggest fear is spending months building something I think is amazing only to launch to crickets. Need to do more customer validation up front to make sure I'm solving a real, painful problem people will actually pay for.

These are great micro-SaaS ideas! I especially like the ones focused on AI and automation. I think there's huge potential in building small, focused SaaS tools that leverage the latest AI tech to help businesses and individuals be more productive. The challenge is finding ideas that are specific enough to be built by a solo founder but valuable enough that people will pay for them. I'm going to...

Congrats on the launch! 'Za Kompaniiu' sounds like an amazing platform for teaming up on projects and learning new stuff together. I love the idea of making it easy to track tasks and goals with others. One question - will there be a mobile app soon? Anyway, good luck with everything!

Definitely! Tools like Super.so and Potion.so are game-changers for Notion SEO. Custom domains also help a ton with rankings. Great content and backlinks are key too. Don't forget about page speed - optimize perf where you can. For more advanced SEO like schema markup, 3rd party tools can take care of that. Notion sites can rank well with the right optimizations!

Hey Sandeep! WiTZ sounds like a super fun twist on Reversi! Totally the kind of game I'd get hooked on. Quick question tho - how hard is it to pick up if you've never played these types of strategy games before? Also, is WiTZ Turf available on the same platform? Thanks!

One-time purchases can work great if your product solves a specific problem and provides lasting value! But for ongoing services, a pay-as-you-go model lets users only pay when they need it. Depends on your product but those are solid alternatives to subscriptions IMO.
