What advice would you give to me as a Hiring Manager or as a Job seekers if I tell you that I'm developing a Mobile Application where you can Post/Apply to jobs On The Go?
Also, this will be focused more towards "Voice" rather than "Text" to reduce/eliminate the need for typing out huge paragraphs, AND assess candidates/express yourself with more freedom!

The debate between Funded vs Bootstrapped is endless and I believe it totally depends upon what your goals are.
However, I often get stuck in this dilemma of whether I should seek funding as it will give me leverage over time, speed, & growth, OR "Do I actually need it?"

To give context, I'm building a platform that helps companies connect with the RIGHT "non-technical" talent for their hiring needs.
Everything seems to be ready in terms of operations, delivery, and sales tools.
I'm just stuck in the loop of thoughts of finding whom to target.
