This seems like a fun tool to use to communicate each other's busy schedules! Does every user have a link that anyone can go on or would everyone in the family have to make an account?

What do you think of my first YouTube video?
Hello ProductHunters!
I'm the Marketing Director at LoveSpreadsheets and we write blog posts on Medium (https://towardsdatascience.com/intro-to-reading-and-writing-spreadsheets-with-python-b635ae514ab8)
I just converted this blog into a video and would love for anyone to check it out and provide feedback! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aV0mn3spYrI&t=6s
This was my first time...

For me it's knowing that despite heavy advertising one week, there are still people finding and using the product! It shows that it is of actual use.
How do you deal with uncertainty in your startup?

I think having a photo contest app would be fun so people can explore their creative side. However, even with that you should have people compete in different levels- someone with a professional camera and editing skills could make anything look better than someone just using their cell phone.
But with selfies you should either have very strict rules or just not have that aspect all together....
I have an idea for a selfie contest app

Discovery is very important in my opinion, even if it's not that intense I feel like you can learn at leasting one thing from it.
Can I skip the discovery phase of starting a startup?

This week we are focusing on getting content on different platforms. For example, we want to convert blog posts into YouTube videos! (Here's the blog post if anyone wants to check it out: https://medium.com/@lovespreadsheets/intro-to-handling-spreadsheets-with-python-c6a35e0d8de8)
What are you working on this week? (w/c 5th August)

@alphahunter I think it deff depends on the startup and its people! Sometimes it's hard to get an office setting but others it's hard to get a good flow going from home.
Should I invest in office space for my early stage of startup?

@akash_mondal I think it depends! I've only joined FB groups for entertainment purposes or to laugh at some good memes/jokes. For a more community feel I use Reddit and different subreddits in there for topics I'm interested in. It's nice being able to relate to others that have a similar interest.
What do you think of Facebook groups?

What do you do when you need motivation?
Sometimes it's easy to be discouraged or lose motivation in work, what are ways you get that back?

@keeev I'd same something simple that doesn't leave any type of user confused but is still nice to look at. Something I keep in mind is, if I was to show this to my grandpa (with limited computer knowledge), would he be successful?
How do you define good UX?

@luudao My company and I track it once a week! Our set day is Thursdays to see how much revenue/users occured for that week. Then we see where we went wrong and what worked out, and set a higher goal for the following week.
I feel like daily can get a little discouraging if the results are a little slow that day.
How often do you track team performance?

@iqbalghani For me sometimes just procrastinating too much! It's easy to do when working remotely so I try to go to a coffee shop or bookstore until I get everything done.
