I think it depends on how you define success! But usually failure leads to growth and determination, which in turn leads to success.

This is a formula I learnt recently. Lower your expectations, more the happiness haha :) Happiness = outcome - expectation

Achievable and practical to do lists. Do not over estimate yourself and add some buffer when you plan!

We use Slack, Loom and lots of Notion! Slack for team collaboration. Loom for sharing updates/dogfooding. Figma for design. Notion for documentation.
