About
Hi, I'm building Reconstruct - a web platform with free digital tools for stress relief. I have over 12 years of experience as a marketer working with corporates like Pearson, Titan and Future Group and early stage startups like GoldenPi Technologies, myPaisaa and GoodWorks. I'm now ready to put my expertise to use by solving a deep problem of stress and mental health that I see around me. Reconstruct introduces interactive mental wellbeing exercises that can be practiced by the self, without any external intervention. Thereby making mental health and wellbeing more relatable, and acting as a path that leads to one-on-one therapy for those in need.
