I love everything about this! Carbon footprint should be a factor in every buying decision, and because it's not incorporated in the price, this is a much needed product. Congratulations on the launch! I'm curious if you plan on integrating more elements of the flow such as the shipment, or if you want to focus on the manufacturing process first and foremost?

Like many others, I've lived through incident management built with Google Docs, Zapier, AirTable, and a generous amount of duct-tape. Rootly is straightforward, built with tons of common sense, and ties everything together so we don't have to. Debugging your custom tools is the last thing you want to do when sh*t hits the fan: just get Rootly :-)
