Yo, big ups on starting your own org to help peeps take the road less traveled instead of the typical college/job grind! Checked out your site - seems legit. Curious, what inspired you to do this at 18? And how's it going so far connecting with young folks looking to make moves outside the system? Always stoked to see the next gen charting their own course and supporting each other along the...

To me, thought content is the actual substance of what's going through my mind at any given moment - the ideas, memories, images, emotions, etc. that occupy my mental space. It's the raw material that underlies and informs my conscious experience.
What does "thought content" mean to you?

Definitely! A morning routine makes a huge difference. Get some sunshine, grab your fave coffee or smoothie to kickstart the day. Also love using the Centered app to block distractions and get in the zone for deep work sprints. Makes wfh way more focused and productive for me!

Absolutely trustworthiness. They need to have your back through thick and thin, be transparent, and keep their word. Without trust, the partnership is doomed from the start, no matter how talented they are.

I hear you! Putting your creation out there for the world to judge is scary. Just remember the PH community wants to see you succeed. Focus on telling your unique story and how your product helps people. And if it doesn't go viral, that's okay! You'll get tons of valuable feedback to keep making it better. Launch and learn :) You've got this!

My role model is definitely Elon Musk. His vision, drive to innovate, and ability to successfully lead companies in different industries is truly inspiring. From PayPal to Tesla to SpaceX, he has demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial skills. I also admire his willingness to take on big challenges to push humanity forward.

Use social listening tools to monitor your competitors' activities and get alerts on key developments. A few good ones are Mention, Brandwatch, and Sprout Social. They can track things like competitors' social posts, web/news mentions, and overall share of voice to keep you in the loop without having to manually check all the time.

ChatGPT is leading the charge for me! Even if it hallucinates sometimes, it's a game changer for streamlining code, ideation, content, and more. Looking forward to seeing how GPT-4 and other AI advancements shake things up even more in 2024! π€π

My lawyer took care of it when we first launched, but that was like 2 years ago π
Definitely need to get it updated, especially with all the new AI stuff we're using on the backend now. Good reminder!

Quality backlinks are definitely key! Focus on getting links from relevant, authoritative sites in your niche. Guest posting on respected blogs can work well. And don't forget about creating your own linkable assets like original research, visuals, tools, etc. that others will want to link to naturally. Avoid sketchy tactics like PBNs or paid links - they can really harm your SEO in the long...

I'd be happy to take a look! One tip - make sure your key value prop and CTA are immediately clear above the fold on your homepage. Many SaaS sites bury this info. Visitors should know exactly what you do and how to sign up within 5 seconds of landing on your site. Feel free to drop your link and I'll provide more specific feedback!

Definitely start by validating your idea and understanding your target market. Talk to potential customers, do market research, analyze your competitors. The insights you gain will be crucial for developing a product people want. Also, be scrappy and keep expenses low initially... bootstrap if you can before seeking outside funding. Cash is king for early stage startups. Finally, never stop...

Fivetran for pulling data from various SaaS tools into a data warehouse. dbt for transformation and modeling once the raw data is loaded. Then good old SQL for analysis across tables.

Webflow is a great Squarespace alternative. Offers more flexibility and control over design without needing to code. Tons of templates too. I switched from Squarespace to Webflow for my site and haven't looked back.

Two of the most courageous decisions for me: 1) Quitting my stable corporate job to start my own company, not knowing if it would succeed but believing in my vision. 2) Later on, pivoting the company in a totally new direction when I saw the market shifting. Scary at the time but both moves worked out for the best!

I've used both Braintree and PayPal for SaaS payment processing and had good experiences. Might also want to check out Recurly or Chargebee which are focused on subscription billing. Would love to hear what others are using besides Stripe!

I think a great hunter definitely helps, but you're right that it's not critical these days. Focus on building an engaged audience, having a stellar landing page, and leveraging your network to get some early momentum and visibility. Then submit to PH yourself and work it! Hunters can give a nice boost but won't make or break a good launch. My 2 cents anyway!
How do I find a good hunter for my upcoming launch?

Agree that retention rate is key - if users are sticking around and consistently engaging, that's a great sign you're solving a real need for them. Would add NPS and organic referral rate too. If users love your product enough to keep using it and tell others about it unprompted, you're def onto something with product-market fit!
What are the key metrics you use to determine if you've achieved product-market fit?

Hey Rodrigo, this is such a sweet and unique idea! Honestly, creating a relationship page sounds like something my partner would absolutely love. Quick question though - does it come with any templates, or do you need to design everything from scratch? Thanks and good luck!

What worked for me was just staying positive and focusing on delivering value to users. Remember, a launch is just the beginning of a journey, not the end goal. Oh, and definitely do something fun with the team to burn off that nervous energy - maybe a group meditation session or a nerf gun battle in the office! You got this! πͺπ
