Nailed it with the problem statement...slack and support is such a killer combo. It can help drive NPS, but at the same time it can kill you with the overload. Automated responses, if done well, can prove to be super valuable

Have been using this for a while now. Slack provides us incredible level of personal touch with our customers, but it can get quite crazy with all the threads getting created right left and center..clearfeed helps us stay on the ball, and keep our sanity :)
