We noticed this shift firsthand along with experiencing the pain of having to sift through hundreds (or even thousands) of applicants with little time in hand. This slows down the process and leaves room for good...

Yes -- but only doing so strategically. It requires you to take time beforehand to research your ideal customer profiles, understand their pain points, and cater short, personalized messages. If you're smart about how to approach it, cold email/linkedIn messaging can be effective (especially in B2B).

Personally, I think LLM's are flawed sometimes and gives hallucinating answers. I think we'll start seeing human centered / human feedback models that allow AI and professionals to work closely together giving reinforcement on human feedback. Thoughts?

Hiring sucks... It always has. I've seen it firsthand as a job seeker and recruiter who was responsible for high volume technical recruiter. With the crazy amounts of demand, it's almost impossible to source, vet, verify, give feedback, and move people along the process without something falling through the cracks. And it's also timely and costly. Job seekers are taking close to 3 months on...

I might ask you a million questions, but I'll start with a few: How did you determine PH was the right place to launch your product? Did you use cross-channel distribution (e.g. LinkedIn, App Sumo, etc.) as a GTM plan as well? Congrats on your launch and reaching #1 product of the day!
