I am using framer currently but i used webflow before. Currently framer still undergoing a lot of development and sometimes it spends you more time to find a work around than building the tool from 0 in webflow. (e.g. their default CMS is not too well developed)
Also it may not be easy to find talent who is good at using framer when compare to webflow. If you are looking for an in-house...

Are there any best practices for encouraging clients to leave feedback on G2 and Product Hunt?
The team has been struggling to encourage clients to leave feedback on these platforms. Can you provide any tips or share your strategy for encouraging them to leave comments?

Really need to be focus, one thing at a time.
When you are at work try to leave on time, say no to adhoc meetings/ project that will mess up your plan.

Any good course to take for enhancing product management/ project management knowledge?
My team and I are exploring taking online courses together to enhance our product management knowledge (as most of us are self-taught PMs). I wonder, do you have any good suggestions?
For example, is the Scrum Master/PMP certification worth pursuing? Are the exams and courses worth taking?

This is a real good initiative!
We have similar problem that some days our desks are over booked and some days the office is dead. We cannot solve this problem as people do not like to pre-book and the didn't commit and show up after they pre-booked.
I wonder how are you encouraging your client to enforce or at least encourage their employees to commit to the the booking that they have made?

I am not sure having a long waitlist has an absolute positive relationship to success.
You have to know what your objective is in creating a waitlist. If it is for creating hype, a long waitlist for sure is the best. For products that want to recruit beta users and pivot later on, I think it is okay to have a shorter waitlist to keep the test close.
Thoughts?

Congrats on the launch! It is such an exciting product!
The screen record function can also be used as a product demo I guess? I can highlight and show what are the new updates and send them to my clients about the new features/ product enhancement.

I will suggest remote coffee chat. Avoid all kinds of work/project-related topics during that 1-1 chat. You can allocate 15-30 minutes to chat with your remote teammates about anything; sometimes great idea comes with those coffee/ corridor chats.
Getting them involved sharing a sense of inclusion is the key.
Makers and founders. How do you keep your remote team motivated?
