I'm a product manager from South Korea. I initially started as a front-end developer. I shifted to a product manager role as I wanted to focus on collaboration and joint projects. I have found this new approach to be rewarding and inspiring. I work for an exciting new start-up alongside ten developers, one UI UX designer and a three-person product management team. Our team has been working on developing and maintaining our new application, a webtoon app called Deepin. The current market for Webtoons is mainly Asia, with countries such as China, Japan, and Vietnam consuming webtoons alongside our domestic Korean market. For our next project, we want to develop an application with a global appeal. To this end, I would love to hear from you with opinions and advice.
