I have spent the last decade building companies and working with various organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 to build data-driven products and high-performance teams. After growing an agency from 0 - 6 figures in 18 months, I burned out in 2022. My wife and I had to rethink and redesign our lives and schedules with greater intent. I now focus on building forward-thinking products and thriving communities. I actively support the Phoenix tech and startup community, including being a director for Startup Grind Phoenix, city lead for Faithtech Phoenix, Webflow Community leader, and an active member in local groups such as #yesphx, providing office hours to small businesses through Arizona Commerce Authority and Venture Café Phoenix.
