At Team Tracker the first few where close friends who used it for free and provided feedback.
After that we reached out to the rest of our friends and previous companies we worked at (one by one, not bulk messages) offering to either demo it to them or send them a link to a demo environment.
Been trying cold emails/LinkedIn approaches but while they are driving traffic to the site they aren't...

At team-tracker.com we are working towards driving more visitors to the site. At the moment we're around 70 unique visits a day, trying to push that up to 100.

at team-tracker.com we use Stripe for payments. I could not be bothered with taking payments manually or handling card details.
There are others that we use but we would figure something out if we didn't have them.

Tricky! I'd say after the product has started to take shape, I went through 3 domains before settling on one.
