It is hard to use this atm.
The 100 free credits allowed 1 initial search, which then couldn't even be exported
You had no idea how many credits would be used when performing the search, and there is no way to export searches once completed.

I am interested in the future personalization.
I used to use 3 custom "Megites", which was like a personal Techmeme.
When that was discontinued, Nuzzle was at least useful, but too populist
Ideally I am looking to find unique content before it becomes mainstream without monitoring 1000 niche RSS feeds

There are lots of LMS platforms with various forms of gamification
You can also limit access until content is watched or a quiz is completed
There are also cohort-based learning platforms, or you can use your current platform to do cohort launches, drip content and make sure at the end of a week no one is left behind with webinars for Q & A.
Does this type of community platform exist?

I am interviewing / in final stages with 2 companies atm where the standard work week is less than 30hrs per week.
1 is 5hrs x 5 days (of intense work)
1 is 4 days of 7 hours
Both are flexible on side projects, and encourage healthy life/work balance
I have previously worked 14hr days often at least 8 hours work at weekends
I then burnt out
4 on 4 off with longer shifts is quite a common...

Based upon the tweets I see, are some founders selling through Microaquire are a little unrealistic about their profit margins. Sometimes I see the only cost being $10-$20 for hosting, when I know that there would be extensive maintenance costs.
I am sure this gets ironed out later in your process, or in due diligence, but wouldn't it be better to be more realistic to start?

The most important thing as a differentiator is how Gumroad handle taxes.
There isn't a ticking timebomb of unpaid taxes for VAT
I am still trying to work out how to do all the pricing options I want whilst still allowing users to modify their plans, and of course, some might look for upsells features, but there are ways to do it.
I would love to take payments in multiple currencies and have...

You might not think this is an issue but once Fast payments get massive traction even if you can somehow avoid any legal issues their API and discussions around it is going to totally dominate Google.
Maybe a name change is in order?

Really nice concept, especially for multi-user editing
I am concerned about a few things
1. Image optimization - even your own home page has images almost 1MB in size which significantly slows down page loading speed (though your pages overall are very fast) - you need to have image optimization
2. Bandwidth - with only 1GB on the middle plan your users are going to exceed that very fast...

Work with a marketing partner? There are tons of people who are experienced marketers who don't trust their programming skills for creating full products.
The biggest issue might be that you have built a product which might be exceptional but was it built based on asking potential users questions.

There seems to be a rogue iframe on the page that is somehow displayed and redirect people to various I assume "affiliate" offers so in some way you have been hacked maybe.

I was Product Manager at uQast.com where we had account signup, a full shopping cart, "tipping", viral loop, and video delivery (the product) within the flash player that was then most of the time within an iframe.
The biggest hurdles (might be different now)
1. Having the funds to allow free content
2. Having the scale to police free UGC
3. Distribution - this was before Twitter cards, but we...
