We are using Claude Haiku for our Chatbot Mobile App. We find it generates responses to our use cases as well as the larger models, has better performance, and is cheaper. This allows us to provide a reasonable experience at a reasonable cost to our users. At this time we are using in-app adds to pay for the service, which would be difficult to do with the larger models. We regularly compare...
