When I was leading growth in-house, two of my biggest wins came from using interactive demos.
At the time, we called them "lightweight versions of the product embedded on the website." But "interactive demos" definitely has a better ring to it.
We noticed they:
- Drove more engagement. Instead of the usual 3-5% of visitors clicking on CTAs, interactive demos engaged close to 30% of our website...
