For me, I'd like to be able to choose which pages pre-load. That way I could prioritize certain key landing pages across the site to preload even if they aren't in the user's viewport in that moment.

I think this has great potential and does address a pain point that slack and others don't. Question: would you consider white-labeling your service (a la zendesk)? I can see myself using your XROS as it is with my suppliers, but I'd much prefer to send my customers to a sub domain of my site where comms are under my brand.

'Ideas Hunt' would interest me. I suppose like many of us, I'm always getting ideas for new products but never have the time to pursue them (or they require skills I don't have). If I could share product ideas that get upvoted and used by someone else then great.

This is a service I'd use... find a well-reviewed local plumber or pet sitter on Amazon.

Seeing the app fast approaching 1000 upvotes makes me think it'd be nice to view a list of the the top upvoted products this week/month/year.

Slick 'n' intuitive - love it :-). The 'Recent' tab is a very useful extra option. Maybe add infinite scrolling?
