In order to create your vocabulary you need to register for an account and complete your profile by setting
* You can create unlimited collections of books and vocabulary
* you can create private or public vocabularies based on your preferences
* PWA support is on the way

The original idea for this application was for books but there is no limitation to that, you can treat books as an abstract entity
