LOVE this! A good hiring/interview process should be mutual, but it generally feels like hiring managers hold all the power. Managers are always back-channeling for candidate references so a solution like this that helps make the process more equitable for the candidates seems essential - and Glassdoor definitely doesn't cut it for startup leader evaluations.
