My latest solution is to have my netflix device (TV) tunneling through a VPN to work to bypass the ISPs saturated links because I get less than 10 mbps during peak times. The kicker is I pay for Gigabit fiber! regular connection: 1mbps - 500mbps depending on time of day. connected through work VPN: 100mbps...

One thing we never built was a list of historical invoices and PDF downloads. Sometimes people (especially in Europe) ask for that type of documentation. We've added VAT # etc... to our invoice for europeans. We were probably going to generate it...

Use this software every day. Help desk software was a crowded space and help desk software you like to use is becoming crowded. HelpScout is a really great option with great people behind it.
