Yoga helps me to relief the stress. I try to eat healthy food and take a hike (early at morning and after dinner) to keep stress from taking over my body.
Time-management - at morning I plan my tasks for the whole day. Make time boundaries. And try to stick to my checklist with tasks.
What about work-life balance, it’s simple to remember that:
• nights to sleep;
• days-off - rest.
Easy.
