Building Sentify, an NLU analytics platform for LLM products to help extract actionable user intent and model performance insights from user/LLM conversations. Prior to Sentify I built and led the Customer Success Team in Northern Europe for Confluent. Looking forward to connecting with all the great builders in PH!
