While the question is well though out, where I live, I only get to pick the app that has a driver arrive faster than 15 minutes. Sometimes it's Uber, sometimes it's Bolt then fallback to the StarTaxi app. It's the same for scooters too. I pick which one is the nearest and completely disregard the provider/app. I don't know how much the service costs but usually the distances are too small...
