Night owl but have tra8ined myself to wake up early. My trick is a cold shower first thing in the morning, prewrokout and exercise. It is VERY hard to get up from bed and force myself but after the first 10 min of "pain" everything flows. I put my phone in the bathroom so I have to stand up to get the alarm.
Are you a Morning person or a Night owl?

Work in progress! So hard especially as an entrepreneur.
I started using some binairal beats music, setting timers, and forcing myself, telling myself I am getting better everyday and trying to wire my brain to believing it can change...
