Interesting concept! AirBug seems to offer a flexible approach to live chat. I like the idea of customizable chat experiences through ChatKit. The ScoreKit feature for live sports updates could be really engaging for fans. It would be great to know more about other potential ChatKit options and any plans for future integrations. How does AirBug handle privacy and data security for these chats?

There is no such thing as overthinking, it's just thinking. Generally it's around a fear or an insecurity that the mind clings itself too. Just observe yourself and pay attention those thoughts. Attention to them is enough. Do not resist them!

I think the best way to go about it first to reach out to all the people you have in your contacts list. I mean not 100% but all the people you met at school, college, ex-workspace and all. You get the point. Cold reachouts are the way. The conversion rate will be on single digit but that's fine.
The other thing is you can reach out to a community that you maybe part of. But to reap the...

I do not think one can be calm. Because the stakes are high. The moment of truth is just some time away. It will reveal how much right you were in understanding of your product and the need it solves. All your theories are tested. Does not matter how much effort one puts, but if the fit is not there than nothing you can do about it. Except going back to the whiteboard!

Kelly I think motivation should be interinsic. The tricky part is any external reward looses it's potence with time. Easier said than done anyway. Also I don't think it's a 0 or 1 but rather than a spectrum. So it's better I feel to be on the interinsic side. That's how atleast I feel about while writing code.
