I would say do a private beta launch, invite selected people and have them provide you feedback. Iterate on that and then do a public beta, iterate on that. Then do a public launch. The goal of Saas is just to get feedback and iterate over and over again. Good Luck!

GPT4 and Claude. GPT4 is so powerful with the plugins and Claude is crazy good with the 100K token limit. Using GPT for mostly everything, and Claude for huge documents or if GPT isn’t giving me what I want.

Ive been switching from browser to browser 24/7. I honestly love Firefox, but it has limitations with compatibility with some of the extensions. Hence why I am now back on Chrome.

It definitely can not currently. It can give suggestions that can help you brainstorm, but at the end of the day it’s just a tool to help out, not fully take over marketing.

Gratitude is a basic skill that I see tons of people tend to overlook. In the mornings I just tell myself how lucky I am to be even able to wake up and work on my startup.

A quick tip I learned was you should build a team. I use to always be in the mindset of doing things myself. Yes it did get done, but with a team I was able to build and scale like never before. Best of luck to everyone who’s starting out and I hope this was useful to someone.

ChatGPT and Claude2 are the best, hands down. ChatGPT with plugins is the best, and Claude2 handles the stuff that GPT can't with the token limit.

I don't think there is an x amount of hours of sleep you need. It's honestly a muscle, and you can train your body to sleep for x amount of hours that you want. I used to sleep 8 hours a day, but now I'm at 4-5 hours with even more energy.

Discipline, what I mean by this is to do a Dopamine Detox every now and then. I've done it every once in awhile and laser in for the next 60 days. This way I bore myself out so much that working on my business is fun.
