We're facing many of the issues you mentioned - unpredictable ticket volumes when we get a big spike in organic traffic, agent shortages since we're a small company and someone being unexpectedly sick can hurt coverage, etc. Excited to try it out—had a great experience using the Ramp support powered by Cohere! 🙏

This is a game changer for customer support!! Text-only support apps eg Intercom, Drift, Hubspot chat, etc are nice, but we've found that some customers need to hear someone's voice when making the choice to use our product or not (it's a big decision). This release is huge - there's no better alternative in the market.

Love!! The search experience is so much better than like Depop, TheRealReal, etc. Lots of dresses I'm tempted to buy once the pandemic is over and I start getting invited to weddings..but also might buy one now just because!

Have been a beta tester the past couple of months and love it! Normally use Zoom and Loom for customer demos and internal use but Cohere is way more lightweight and allows for synchronous interaction. highly recommend.
