I've asked multiple times for help. There is nothing and their Zendesk asks me if I want to Play A Game. A game? Seriously? No. I didn't get your software to play games. I did a chargeback on my credit card and once again I am wasting time trying to get my money back from a company that has zero customer service, zero email representation, zero help, zero interest to help the client. They build a crappy piece of software to take money from people and don't give their customers any support. If you go on to their site they talk about their accolades and could care less about your concerns. Not recommended.
