My experience with Zoho Books has been generally positive. The program was intuitive and easy to learn, even without extensive accounting training. Automating many routine tasks, such as invoicing and payment tracking, significantly simplified my work. I appreciated the integration with other Zoho products, which allowed for a unified ecosystem for business management
The mobile app was very convenient for managing finances on the go, especially during trips. However, there were occasional challenges with setting up specific tax rates and currencies, which required extra effort
Overall, Zoho Books helped optimize accounting processes and save time, which is a big plus for small businesses
One of the best simple and affordable crms out there, I've been using it for years and I can say they nailed almost every aspect of a simple and streamlined workflow.
Only thing I wish was better was the email integration and tracking which can be confusing and clucky at times.
Review of Zoho Inventory
Overall positive evaluation. I'm trying to figure out how to integrate with Quickbooks, and I'm also looking for manufacturing controls.
I really like Zoho Flow as a platform for building processes. It helps me so much, I'm advocate of this brand
Cool tool, but to learn how to use it may be a bit overwhelming sometimes. Good customer support though, never failed with getting help
The features are all amazing, and industry standard. Icing in the cake is pricing is a small fraction of what those huge organisations charge.
Great and accessible tools for everything a startup needs. It eliminates the hassle of constantly changing your stack as you grow and scale.
I like how comprehensive Zoho's suite of services are, it may be a bit daunting and overwhelming at first given all the different settings, features and pretty much just everything you can do with it.
