Always developing new problems. As a daily user who must work with this, I find it very difficult. Couple of weeks ago a field went missing. Now permissions suddenly changed.
Full integration with other applications for a better service to customers (CRM, Campaigns, Facebook, etc)
Excellent tool for Help Desk, many more options than the old app and easy to use.
It Would be great if Desk could have a connection to open ZOHO CRM Potentials from tickets and able to relate to agent, account, contact.
