After months of back-and-forth with their claims agent demanding all kinds of ridiculous paperwork (that is uncommon in developing countries), they quietly rejected my entire emergency room claim via the mail without any response to my emails. Upon further research I have discovered they changed their name over a dozen times in the past decade, and there are literally hundreds of other "victims" like me. Among some of their favorite (fraudulent) reasons for rejecting insurance claims are things like "duplicate claim" or "dates do not match" or "pre-existing condition"... even when none of these things are true whatsoever. If you have been scammed by WorldTrips, please submit a complaint to the State of Indiana's Department of Insurance.
