Refused to port out a number when we switched companies. Told us it was OUR fault because we did not call then after asking for our port out information. It was never in the port out information that we had to call them to port out our numbers.
Every month you have to reset your network setting (WiFi passwords) just to “fix” an issue that won’t even be solved on your end. They will wait 4-5 business days before your issue ever magically get solved. Had this issue 5 months in a row now. Worst phone company ever and the biggest scam I’ve ever seen.
I have had Wing for 2 years now. I have never failed to reach an agent quickly and resolve any issue that has arisen. Today, I ported my number flawlessly to a work phone (under 15 minutes time span) and ordered a new sim and phone number from Wing for personal use. I am a happy Wing customer.
Tried to transfer my number for over two weeks and still couldn't get it done. Was told I would be able to speak with a supervisor but I never could. I advise staying away from this company.
