Just wanna shout out Windsurf for being my companion on endless iterations since December ‘24.
🔥 Why I’m obsessed:
1) On my wannabe journey from SEO nerd to tool builder - Windsurf is making it simpler. Launched multiple micro-tools (calculators, AI tools, SEO tools, ..) with very limited knowledge of coding before starting. Using chat mode for learning, editor mode to implement. Mostly with Claude Sonnet 3.5, lately with 3.7
2) Shiny object syndrome cure: It keeps me focused. No more 10 half-built projects – now I finish stuff (even if it’s just for me).
3) Imposter syndrome? Nah. Seeing my janky ideas turn into real tools? Pure magic.
💡 One tiny ask: Voice-to-text, please? My Google Docs voice-typing → Cascade copy-paste ritual is… a vibe, but chaotic.
