Great product! I'm quite a strict smartphone user, mostly keeping my use to less than an hour per day but I still use Unpluq because it really helps to "build tiny obstacles" which in turn helps to stop and make me think about what I want to spend my time on. Some small issues with iOS limitations however: e.g. can't select more than 49 apps to block..

One of the best ideas for becoming more present in your real life and the best execution in the market! I like the UI and the methods implemented to make you detach from your phone!

It's truly amazing - it's saved me at least an hour of screen time everyday. The friction the tag adds really works.
Screen time was very easily reduced and I got more aware on my bad phone habits. User friendly and the app+tag really deliver what’s promised.

Big fan of Unpluq here, I use the app every day and it helps me stay focused and better manage my time. I especially love the ability to choose a random unlocking pattern. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
