Big thank you to Eli, very good customer service, resolved an issue quickly - UI8 is one of the most expansive "high value" libraries of design resources I've come across, it's the professionalism of them that made me sign up to their plan, great value for money.
Their customer service is the worst platform I have used. They will auto saved your credit card and renew your plan without permission and notification. They won't send you any email or alert that your subscription will be renewed. If you ask for refund, you just give up. They have really good design quality but the worst customer service. The support, Eli, is really rude. If you wanna try, please go head.
They auto-renewed my subscription without my knowledge and refuse to give me a refund. I will never by subscription again. Their support is not responding...
I recently had an issue with refund and unfortunately, the service I received was unacceptable.
I attempted to contact their customer service department multiple times via email, but I received no response. They are the big website and famous in UI/UX communities. WHY???? Be careful with this site. Bad customer service!

Their support team is extremely unsatisfactory. As a service provider, I have funds that they refuse to send me. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they have consistently ignored my requests. Furthermore, my account indicates a balance of zero, even though I haven't received any payment. They claim this is a PayPal issue, but I am confident that my PayPal account is functioning properly.
