My first and, last time using Ubuy UAE. I ordered an energy drink with caffeine, from the U.S. since none are available in the UAE. I paid for expedited shipping. I received my order over a week late. I called the company multiple times only to be told the original shipper sent the wrong amount. But, Ubuy never bothered to inform me of this themselves. I got nothing but a run-a-round from the normal, customer-service reps. They would do nothing nor, tell me anything until I demanded a supervisor. I told them I wanted to cancel and, get a refund. They refused. The 'manager' said that as the right package had finally been shipped, it could not be cancelled but, that I would receive a refund for the shipping costs. They lied. I received nothing.
Do not use this company. They are untrustworthy and, unreliable.
