Small but highly useful Chrome Add-on.
I primarily use it to respond with templates to Linkedin dms.
I'm obsessed with automating my workflow and creating powerful snippets.
Alright I'm going to be a bit long winded because I love the app, and I'm excited to keep using it BUT I haven't had a chance to gush about it until now. As life would have it, my wife is people-oriented not tech-oriented so when I try to explain to her the benefits of keeping my team informed of any new appointments and also keeping track of each one by typing one word all while rigorously following protocol she just smiles and nods and asks me to stop there.
She doesn't want to here about the pros and cons of scraping web elements or a detailed guide on uploading all that info to Data Blaze where I can manipulate, view, and edit it however I want. That's what you folks are for. You want to compare products and hear more about Text Blaze so let's go from most used to least used features:
- text expansion: even here I've got a bunch of shorthand that isn't professional and is hard to read BUT here you only see the complete words and my WPM is only limited by my forethought.
- Docs, YouTube, AI, Email, and Google Meets Support (in order of use): The first two I used to learn what was possible, AI taught me the formatting, Email helps with any unexpected or complex issues, and Google Meets is setting everything to easy when I don't have the time to figure something out so I set some time aside to be personally taught.
- Web scrapping: easy, specific, has trimming, has a lot of logic that I suspect that I'm not using to its fullest BUT it still saves me 3 minutes or more on each set appointment. No more copy and paste, no more hunting down elements.
- Data Blaze: Data Blaze was built to work seamlessly with Text Blaze. And since I didn't want to hunt down a database that works seamlessly with my favorite time saver. I don't know too well how this compares with other apps. What I do know is that Data Blaze is like Google Docs and it has a few things like the Gallery or Forms that makes it standout especially since I like to use the Gallery to show off products in my small business
- Customization (Formulas and IF/ELSE Statements): The ability to automate very specific commands that is key for me. With a bit of programming know how, or AI assistance (Text Blaze's AI), or a free Demo clear up any misconceptions or problems here and I love it.
So that's my take. It does what it does very well. I think I'll keep using Text Blaze for a loooooong time.

Feature packed, easy to use, ridiculously powerful
Brilliant software, well thought out, but even better is the team behind it. Super responsive, helpful and very knowledgable and talented.
