I have tried many apps over the past decade or so (starting with Evernote) to actively try to manage my knowledge and productivity.
Until I found Tana i would jump around, trying different setups to find something that stuck, but nothing ever has. In every instance I have drifted away from solutions when I get busy, seeing it as a luxury there wasn't time for.
I came across Tana early in its closed beta and have been using it daily since. For me, the ease with which I can add information, have it "flow" to the right place and be easily retrieved later means it becomes all the more useful when I'm busy rather than the first thing to get dropped.
Happy to say I've been Tana exclusive for a while now (no more checking out other apps on the side) as this is the closest match I've found to how my brain thinks, sorts and uses information. This is all despite (up till now) being a beta version. Excited for the team to reach this milestone and excited by what is yet to come from them.
