The support is very bad from Somiibo, they even answer the same no matter what problem you have with Somiibo. They must be ashamed of themselves, people pay for the service and they threaten them as shit. The Answer from Somiibo is even the same, delete cache delete cookies and restart software, they don t know for other answers, they giving this answer for 100 different problems with the somiibo software. Really Funny this Company!

Software does not work. Owner will take your money and run. No refunds. Complete scam. Fake software that says you get traction but in reality all options are broken. 0 support even in discord which is full of fake bots. Owner uses multies to create illusion of buyers. STAY AWAY!!! ITS A SCAM.
We have been using Somiibo Premium for about 2 months now, mainly utilising the Twitter & Instagram modules. The general consensus was that it served its purpose just fine at an affordable price. However, having read through more recent comments across their support forum, it appears that a sizeable number of using are experiences a wide variety (and some inconsistent) errors with the bot over time.
The customer support seems to have gone radio silent, not response from several support tickets raised.
